Home is the place we rush to when it gets cold outside, when thunder rumbles and the darkness frightens us. It has a comforting smell and a serene light that welcomes us with a long, warm embrace. Not all homes stay in the same place forever. There are travelling homes, those safe havens we build throughout our lives and which are there for us when our home seems so far away.
Natacho was born at Casa da Albertina and, though he doesn’t know how, he quickly became a walking home, a shelter in his own right. He carries with him enough serenity to bring peace to all those around him. He has the power to make us stop and watch him, and in that moment to look within ourselves and remember to enjoy what surrounds us more and dwell less on what troubles us.
Natacho’s singing is out of tune, but that doesn’t stop him from singing; Natacho’s singing brings an instant smile to the faces of those watching him, even at the most serious of moments.
Not all houses have four walls; some have two legs, two wings and a crest.
